中纺协户外用品分会简介 中国纺织品商业协会户外用品分会（简称COCA），是经国家民政部批准，面向社会，以从事户外用品流通、生产、科研教学、展览展示、推广活动等的各种所有制企业、单位、相关社团和个人自愿组成的，非营利性质的全国性行业组织。COCA成立于2007年3月，是目前国内户外用品行业唯一经政府部门批准的行业组织。 COCA的最高权力机构是会员代表大会，执行机构是理事会，理事会(COCA工作会)每年召开两次，针对COCA的重大工作进行讨论和决策。COCA的常设办事机构是秘书处，负责处理COCA的日常工作。目前COCA下设行业标准、零售商、品牌商、行业推动四个工作委员会，工作委员会成员由理事会成员组成，分别由各自的负责单位领导日常工作。行业标准工作委员会对户外行业的行业标准进行建立、评测等工作；零售商工作委员会负责对户外零售终端进行调查研究、规范整合等工作；品牌商工作委员会负责对户外品牌进行调查研究、为品牌提供国际国内市场咨询、规范品牌的发展等工作；行业推动委员会负责制定行业规范、推动行业发展等工作。 COCA以服务为根、自律为本、沟通协调、凝聚行业、助推发展为工作方针。旨在发挥政府与企业间的桥梁、纽带作用，坚持为政府、企业、市场、行业服务，维护会员企业的合法权益，推动行业和企业的健康发展为服务，搭建一个能够促进中国户外市场发展的平台。 COCA的会员包括在中国户外产业中具有中流砥柱作用的品牌商、经销商、面料商、媒体以及会展机构，涵盖了中国户外链的各个方面，有能力、也有实力为产业的健康发展贡献自己的力量。在全体会员的支持下，COCA必将成为未来中国户外市场的一股强有力的推动力量。 ABOUT COCA China Outdoor Commerce Alliance (COCA), was approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs of PRC, and the community to engage in outdoor goods circulation, production, scientific research teaching, exhibitions, promotional activities, enterprises and units, Voluntary associations and individuals related to the composition, the nature of the national non-profit organizations.
